Known for his approachable personality and responsiveness to his clients, attorney David Reservitz began his career in the 1980’s as a clerk for the District Attorney’s Office and has since established a lauded reputation as a personal injury lawyer successful in winning his clients millions of dollars.

Attorney Reservitz’s credentials and experience include a tenure in the elected position of President of the Plymouth County Bar Association in 2007 and 2008–one of the longest-serving and youngest Presidents of the oldest county bar in the country. In addition, he has also served as a past President and Chairman of the Pilgrim Bar Advocates, an association dedicated to providing service to indigent people. Furthermore, attorney Reservitz is a frequent guest lecturer at several Universities and seminars on the topic of continuing education for universities and legal groups, as well as being a mentor for young attorneys.

In 2009, Attorney Reservitz was selected to sit on the Massachusetts Joint Bar Committee for Judicial Appointments for the Massachusetts Bar Association. He held that position until 2012 when he was appointed by Governor Deval Patrick to the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Committee (JNC).

Andrew F. Reservitz is a graduate of Boston University and New England School of Law.  He has been a member of the Massachusetts Bar since 1997.  He is also an active member of the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA), the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NEALA), the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Plymouth County Bar Association.

For more than two decades Attorney Reservitz has represented hundreds of clients in matters involving Real Estate, Estate Planning, Criminal Defense and Domestic Relations.  He has developed a reputation for taking on challenging real estate related litigation in order to resolve disputes between buyers and sellers and other real estate problems.  

His vast experience in Real Estate law includes the representation of hundreds of lending institutions in residential and commercial transactions.  He enjoys a unique insight and understanding with regard to mortgage lending having worked as a mortgage originator prior to practicing law.  His dedication to the highest level of quality representation and customer service has assisted many mortgage lenders in achieving a high volume business without sacrificing quality.  In addition to Lender Representation, Attorney Reservitz has assisted hundreds of Buyers and Sellers in the purchase and sale of both residential and commercial property.

Attorney Reservitz also provides Estate Planning and Elder Law Planning Services to help families provide for and protect their loved ones and assist them to preserve their wealth for future generations.

John McCluskey has been protecting families’ assets for many years through his experience in Medicaid, estate planning, and will and trusts.

Our firm provides a wide range of estate planning services from sophisticated planning for the elderly to simple planning for young families.  We build long-lasting relationships with our clients and often engage in multiple family generations.

Attorney Christopher Veale is a graduate of Providence College and University of Massachusetts University Law School, where he was a Public Interest Law Fellow. After graduating from law school, he became an Assistant District Attorney in Plymouth County. Over his three and a half year term with the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office, Attorney Veale prosecuted criminal cases on behalf of the Commonwealth. As an Assistant District Attorney in Wareham, Plymouth, Brockton, and Hingham District Courts, Attorney Veale established a reputation for being a passionate and experienced trial lawyer.

Attorney Veale entered the private law sector by taking a position as an Associate to the Law Office of Reservitz McCluskey. Attorney Veale handles a wide variety of legal needs that include estate planning, criminal defense, landlord-tenant disputes, as well as representing clients at the zoning board of appeals hearings.

Attorney Stephanie Frye is an Associate Attorney at Reservitz McCluskey, P.C., where she represents clients in various legal matters, including real estate transactions, family law, probate, and estate planning. Since joining Reservitz McCluskey, P.C., Stephanie has excelled in providing exceptional legal representation and achieving favorable outcomes for her clients.

Education:

Stephanie earned her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School in 2017, where she received Distinction Honors in International Law and was the 2017 recipient of the Suffolk University Pro Bono Service Award. During law school, she gained valuable legal experience through internships with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, the Caribbean Initiative Legal Research Program, and the Plymouth County Juvenile Court. Stephanie also studied abroad at the University of Havana, Cuba, expanding her understanding of international legal systems.

Stephanie is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts, Hawaii and the District of Columbia. She is an active member of the legal community, holding memberships in the Massachusetts Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and Hawaii Bar Association. She also holds a Massachusetts Attorney-Broker License, further enhancing her expertise in real estate matters.
